Time Out Retreat

This retreat was created with the idea that many people live under pressure, with little time or space to truly listen to their bodies and discover what is needed to find rest and balance.
In a world where so much is demanded of you, it’s easy to live on autopilot. The balance between, among other things, thinking and feeling gets lost, causing your mind to work overtime and leading to stress for both you and your body. This affects all systems in your body. If this situation continues, physical complaints may arise that are often treated only symptomatically. The real, often underlying issue lies deeper and requires attention and space.

What Is It?

Amid the silence of the Spanish countryside, you can completely step away from home.

You will receive:

  • Unconditional and complete attention from your personal coach.
  • A private space where nothing is expected of you.
  • The opportunity to share your story without interruption and with all the time you need.
  • Deepening, clarifying, and sometimes surprising emotional insights.
  • Practical tools to take home.

You’ll learn to connect with your feelings and  gradually, you start to take this as truth and act accordingly. That may be quite different from what your mind has been programmed to believe. You explore your boundaries and patterns, allowing you to clear deep-seated burdens. This helps restore flow in your body and enables you to connect your inner and outer self—your mind, feelings, heart, and soul. This helps you connect your inner and outer worlds, making you more visible as your authentic self.
This inward journey connects you to your vital life force and brings greater self-confidence, quality of life, joy, and balance. You’ll develop a new awareness centered on involvement, attention, depth, connection, and love.

Purpose

The ultimate goal is to reconnect with your ability to experience life more fully and deeply. As a result, you can:

  • Better recognize and respect your boundaries.
  • Dare to put yourself first.
  • Develop greater self-confidence.
  • Explore your desires and possibilities and start putting them into practise.
  • Make better choices for yourself.

You’ll feel more empowered and connected to yourself and those around you. This hapto-coaching focuses on listening to your feelings rather than just thinking, creating a more balanced collaboration between thinking and feeling. This allows you to become the person you’re meant to be and live in personal freedom.

How Does It Work?

Here you find two options:

  • Five-day program: More intensive, with two coaching sessions per day.
  • Week-long program: One coaching session per day, with more built-in moments of rest.

The coaching incorporates various haptonomic tools, such as:

  • Deep conversations on an emotional level.
  • Experiential exercises and touch.

Additional elements: nature coaching, relaxation exercises, yoga, visualizations, systemic work, and creative methods.
We’ll uncover what truly matters, in an atmosphere of attention, compassion, and humor.

Location:

The retreat takes place at La Quinta, set in the serene Spanish countryside. Experience shows that this environment, combined with my guidance, provides the peace and space to fully focus on your inner process. This leads to a profound transformation with lasting effects on your daily life.
